BML Building Services have their own roofing division, who are quick to respond to any roofing requirement from installation of new flat roofs to a diagnostic report to any water ingress that has occurred in your property.

PROJECTS

BML Building Services undertake many projects and pride themselves with their adaptability and solution lead service. If you have a conundrum with your build and don’t know how to solve it, give BML a call, we will try our utmost to solve it for you.

MINOR JOBS

We do not prioritise large projects, we always have time to fix the small jobs that your client wants fixed. If your maintenance company is looking for reliable, first class maintenance for all those little jobs then BML is happy to help.

DETAILED JOB REPORTS | IMAGES | RECOMMENDATIONS

BML Building Services will let you know what is going on with your job both before, during and after. All our engineers will provide pictures from site, so that you can be fully confident that the job has been completed to the highest standard. Any further works necessary will be highlighted and further recommendations sent to keep you properly informed.

ENHANCED CRB CHECKS |
ID BADGES

All our engineers go through an induction process to introduce them to the BML standards. This includes politeness and courteous behaviour at all times. All our engineers possess an enhanced DBS check, to ensure their suitability to work in sites such as schools and care homes and any site where the safety of vulnerable residents is paramount. All engineers display their identification badges at all times. Engineers are happy to be “identified” with the contact details displayed on these badges.

PERSONALISED HELP DESK | DESIGNATED ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our friendly office team are always happy to help with any enquiry. They are also the people to call should you wish to identify an engineer at any time or to make contact with your Designated Account Manager. You will always speak to the same person every time about your project. We know how frustrating it can be to have to explain to a different person every time you call!
